Easy Meat Sauce

Simple, easy, and very tasty! This is my made up recipe that turned out bomb.
Ingredients:
Spaghetti noodles – cooked (I did half whole wheat half reg)
1 lb hamburger
1 garlic clove – minced
2 plum tomatoes diced (or one can of diced tomatoes)
1 small can of tomato sauce
1 small can of tomato paste
½ to 1 Tablespoon of dried basil
1 tsp oregano
¼ tsp red pepper flakes
Salt and pepper to taste

Brown the hamburger in a large sauce pan. Season with salt, pepper and some season salt. Once it is brown, drain it and add the minced garlic clove. Blend the garlic with the hamburger on medium heat for a few minutes. Once the garlic is incorporated and starting to cook, add the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, basil, oregano, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper. Mix all of the ingredients and simmer for about 5 minutes. Add the entire can of tomato paste. Stir all ingredients and simmer another 5-10 minutes. If you feel like the sauce is too thick for your liking, and a couple spoonfuls of pasta water!

Serve on top of the spaghetti, top with some fresh parmesan,  and ennnnnnnjoy!

A trick for keeping that spaghetti from sticking together – save some of the pasta water when you drain the pasta and if you feel like the noodles are too sticky before serving,  stir in some pasta water. Works like a dang charm.
